The apartment house consists of 76 "east-west"-oriented apartments with a view of the Vah River, Slnava lake, and the emerging ridge of the Small Carpathians.

Part of the closed apartment complex will be a polyfunctional building,
whose rest-and-recuperation nature will add to the facility character of the entire housing complex to provide healthy, quiet, and safe living.
The polyfunctional building is a complex that offers goods and services, and serves your good health and recuperation.
The building's internal structure enables the clients to educate themselves at a schoolroom designed for individual, family or group education, do physical exercises at the gym, and work out at the fitness centre. Moreover, it invites the clients to take therapeutic baths, several types of saunas and various kinds of massage. Attached to the complex of saunas and bathtubs, there is a relaxation room with a cocktail lounge, offering healing drinks and teas.
